Jesper’s most recent experience was at DLA Piper in Stockholm where he specialised in private equity and strategic domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and investments.

Jesper joined Svalner Atlas Group on 7 April, and will focus on managing legal risks and ensuring compliance through-out the group as well as providing legal and strategic support regarding M&A activities and other key objectives for the organization.
